Here are sound files recorded Insider created at the following shutter speeds: 1 second; 1/30; 1/125; 1/500; and 1/1000.

Both camera bodies were separately held at approximately 3 inches from the microphones. The Leica M 4-2 is an all manual camera. At the same time the Olympus E-P1 can be placed in all manual mode. But, we kept the E-P1 in manual exposure with auto-focus in the “ON” position since we wanted you to be able to hear the sounds of the focus (beep) as well…
