The footage was taken in Japan. Previously, most tilt-shift effects were still images only. But, the time-lapse effect brings a whole new dimension to this. Equipment used included a Canon 5D Mark II, PC Micro-Nikkor 85mm f2.8D, and MC ARAX 2.8 lens for 35mm Tilt & Shift lens… We want to thank Jack Howard from Adorama for picking this up and even providing more video clips at their site — link is below…
